Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for the ADS-B receiver.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and include all original components and accessories (such as battery, cables, and case).

To start a return, please contact us at support@dronepilotadsb.com with your order details.

Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
